You'll feel the gentle vibrations help your nervous system chill out and revitalize. Just grab your mat, blanket, and pillow, find a comfy spot, and let the soothing sounds wash over you.
What happens during a soundbath?
The vibrations gently shift your brain waves from active stress mode into deep relaxation, activating your parasympathetic nervous system which is your body's natural "rest and digest" mode. Heart rate slows. Muscles relax. The noise in your head finally quiets down.
